1. Who we are

Pixora ("we", "us", "our") is a web design studio based in Pakistan. We build conversion-focused websites for businesses across Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and internationally.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us through our contact and quote form:

• Name — so we know how to address you
• Phone / WhatsApp number — to reply to your enquiry
• Email address — optional, for written follow-ups
• Project type and budget — to give you an accurate proposal
• Project description — to understand your requirements

We do not collect any sensitive personal data (national ID, financial details, health information).

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry via WhatsApp or email
• Prepare and send a project proposal
• Communicate during your project's design and development phases
• Send occasional project-related updates (not marketing spam)

We will never use your data to send unsolicited marketing, and we will never sell or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and local storage

Our website uses no third-party tracking cookies and no advertising networks. We use browser localStorage for two purposes only:

• Caching your submitted brief locally so the page can confirm submission even if network connectivity is poor
• Remembering whether you have dismissed the cookie notice

No data in localStorage is transmitted to advertisers or analytics providers. You can clear it at any time via your browser's developer tools or settings.

5. Firebase (our form backend)

When you submit a project brief, your data is sent to Google Firebase Realtime Database, which we use as our backend. Firebase is operated by Google LLC and processes data under Google's privacy framework.

Firebase is used exclusively by Pixora team members to review incoming briefs. Data is stored within Google's secure infrastructure and is accessible only to authorised Pixora accounts.

6. Google Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font, Google may log the request (including your IP address) in accordance with Google's privacy policy. We use rel="preconnect" to minimise this exposure. You can find Google's font privacy disclosure at developers.google.com/fonts/faq/privacy.

7. Data retention

We retain project briefs and client contact information for as long as the client relationship is active, and for a maximum of 3 years after project completion, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

To request deletion of your data, email hello@pixora.pk with the subject "Data deletion request." We will confirm deletion within 7 business days.

8. Your rights

Regardless of where you are based, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Deletion — ask us to erase your personal data
• Objection — object to specific uses of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

9. Security

All data submitted through our form is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Firebase data is stored with Google's enterprise-grade security, including access controls and audit logging. Only authorised Pixora team members can access client data.

We will notify you promptly if we ever become aware of a data breach affecting your information.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. For significant changes, we will notify active clients by WhatsApp or email.
