1. Who we are & acceptance
Pixora ("we", "us", "our") is a web design studio based in Pakistan. By submitting a project brief, signing a proposal, making a payment, or otherwise engaging our services, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services we provide
Pixora offers the following web design and development services:
- Business websites — multi-page brochure or corporate sites
- Landing pages — single-page conversion-focused builds
- E-commerce websites — online stores with product and payment integration
- Website redesigns — modernising or rebuilding existing sites
- Portfolio websites — showcasing creative or professional work
- Maintenance & support — post-launch updates and fixes
The exact scope of your project is defined in the proposal or project brief we send you before work begins. Anything not listed in that scope is considered out of scope and may require a separate quote.
3. Project process
A typical Pixora project follows these stages:
- Brief & proposal — you submit a brief; we send a written proposal with scope, price, and timeline
- Deposit & kickoff — you pay the 50% deposit; we begin work
- Design — we share initial designs via a preview link for your feedback
- Revisions — up to the agreed number of revision rounds (see Section 5)
- Development — approved designs are coded and made fully responsive
- Review & final approval — you review the live staging link and approve
- Final payment & launch — you pay the remaining 50%; we deploy to your domain
We communicate primarily via WhatsApp and email. We aim to respond to all messages within 1 business hour during working hours (Mon–Sat 10am–8pm PKT).
4. Payments & pricing
All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwiseAccepted payment methods include bank transfer (HBL, MCB, Meezan Bank), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Wise (for international clients). Payment details are provided in the proposal.
The final 50% must be paid in full before the completed website is transferred to your hosting or domain. We do not release source files or live access until payment is cleared.
Quoted prices are fixed for the agreed scope. If the scope changes after work has begun, we will issue a revised quote for additional work and require your written approval before proceeding.
5. Revisions
Every package includes a set number of revision rounds as stated in your proposal (typically 2–3 rounds). A revision round means a consolidated batch of feedback — not individual back-and-forth changes treated as separate rounds.
Revisions are in-scope when they involve:
- Adjusting colours, fonts, spacing, or layout within the agreed design direction
- Correcting text or image content you have provided
- Minor structural tweaks to approved pages
Revisions are out-of-scope (and subject to additional charges) when they involve:
- Changing the overall design concept after it has been approved
- Adding new pages or features not in the original scope
- Rewriting copy or sourcing new photography on your behalf
Additional revision rounds beyond those included are billed at Rs. 2,500 per round.
6. Client responsibilities
A smooth project depends on your timely input. You agree to:
- Provide all required content (text, images, logos, brand assets) within 5 business days of project kickoff, unless otherwise agreed
- Review and respond to design previews within 3 business days of receiving them
- Ensure all content you supply is either owned by you or you have a valid licence to use it
- Provide accurate business information (address, phone, services) for the website
- Notify us promptly if your project requirements change
- Designate a single point of contact on your side to keep feedback consolidated
Pixora is not responsible for delays caused by late content delivery, delayed feedback, or unclear instructions from the client side. See Section 7 for how delays affect timelines.
7. Timeline & delays
We commit to a project timeline at kickoff and keep you updated throughout. Our typical delivery times are:
- Landing pages — 5–7 business days
- Business websites (3–5 pages) — 7–14 business days
- E-commerce websites — 14–21 business days
These timelines assume timely content and feedback from your side. If content or approvals are delayed by more than 5 business days, the project timeline will shift accordingly and we are not liable for the resulting delay.
If Pixora is responsible for a delay beyond the agreed deadline, we will notify you in advance and extend the timeline at no extra cost. We do not offer discounts or refunds for Pixora-caused delays unless they exceed 14 additional business days past the original deadline.
8. Intellectual property & ownership
Once the project is fully paid, you own the final deliverable — the completed website, all custom design assets created specifically for your project, and all written code.
Pixora retains the right to:
- Display the project in our portfolio and on social media (with a link to your site)
- Describe the project in case studies and marketing materials
- Reuse generic code patterns, components, and frameworks that are not unique to your project
You retain ownership of all content you supply (text, images, brand assets). You warrant that supplied content does not infringe any third-party rights. If Pixora faces a claim arising from content you supplied, you agree to indemnify us.
Third-party assets (stock photos, icon libraries, fonts) remain subject to their own licences. Where we use paid third-party assets on your behalf, we will inform you of any ongoing licence costs.
9. Hosting & maintenance
We build and hand over your website. Hosting is not included in our standard packages unless explicitly stated in your proposal. You are responsible for:
- Purchasing and renewing your own hosting and domain
- Keeping plugins, CMS themes, and software up to date (if applicable)
- Backing up your website regularly
We offer optional ongoing maintenance packages billed monthly. Ask us at hello@pixora.pk for details.
We provide 30 days of free bug fixes after launch for any issues that are directly attributable to our build (e.g. broken links, layout errors, form failures). Issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting configuration, or client modifications are not covered under the free support window.
10. Limitation of liability
Pixora's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to a project shall not exceed the total fee paid by you for that project.
We are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, business, or profits resulting from website downtime or errors
- Data loss caused by hosting or server issues outside our control
- Third-party service outages (domain registrars, payment gateways, hosting providers)
- Consequences of client-made changes to the website after handover
- Search engine ranking changes (SEO outcomes are never guaranteed)
We always aim to deliver flawless work, but no website is entirely free of bugs. We will fix any defects caused by our build promptly within the 30-day support window.
11. Cancellation & refunds
Either party may cancel the project with written notice via email or WhatsApp. Refunds are handled as follows:
- Cancelled before design starts: Full deposit refund, minus a Rs. 2,000 administrative fee
- Cancelled after design is delivered: No refund of the deposit; design assets delivered to date are yours to keep
- Cancelled after development starts: No refund; completed work is yours to keep
- Pixora cancels the project: Full refund of all amounts paid, including deposit
If a project is placed on hold at the client's request for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to close the project and apply the above cancellation terms.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the project. This includes pricing, internal processes, unreleased products, and business strategies disclosed during briefing or design reviews.
Pixora will not share your project details, business data, or client information with any third party, except as required to deliver the project (e.g. a developer we brief for a specific technical component), and only under confidentiality.
This clause does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The terms in effect at the time your project was contracted govern that project; updated terms apply to new projects only.
For active clients, we will notify you of any material changes via WhatsApp or email.
